What information is captured while outside the home?
The PacSana bracelet continues to measure Gait Speed, Active Minutes and Exercise Minutes.
Can I see an elder's location once they leave the home?
To protect the elder’s privacy, only location within the home is captured and displayed. Activity and Gait Speed will continue to be measured while outside.
How do I disable notifications?
Individual notifications can be disabled within the app. Click on Menu > Notifications to select. To block notifications for an individual elder, contact your supplier.
How can I view the dashboard?
The portal can be viewed at https://portal-pacsana.azurewebsites.net/ or using the PacSana app which is available in the App and Play Store. Your supplier will select which elders you can view and provide you with a login.
How do I add another user to our care circle?
Send contact details to your supplier, name and email address, and they will enable access and email instructions.
Can I monitor both of my parents?
Yes, simply ask your supplier for an additional bracelet.
