How do I recharge the bracelet?

The bracelet battery is designed to last 12 months. No charging is needed. You’ll get a notification before it expires. 
Contact your supplier for a free replacement, remove the old module from the back of the bracelet and insert the new. Return the old module to your supplier for recycling.

Why is out-of-range shown while in the home?

Check that each gateway is plugged in. Are there any error notifications in the app? Also, check that the PacSana alert button notification is enabled.

The gateways need to be in the high-traffic areas used by the elder. To try a new location, simply move it - reconnection is automatic. If the problem persists, consider ordering an additional gateway from your supplier.

Resolve problems with the PacSana app on Android.

Try clearing the App Data at Settings -> App -> Pacsana -> Storage usage -> Clear Data. When you next start the PacSana App you be asked to login with your username and password.

Excessive number of Button Press events

The bracelet may simply be too loose. If it rotates to the front of the wrist, it is likely to be pressed accidentally. See How do I put on the bracelet for additional information.

In some rooms, pressing the button does not cause an alert
