Sleep History

How many hours of sleep the person has had in recent days. The inner band shows the ideal, 7 to 8 hours. The outer band is also good, 6 to 9 hours. Since sleep normally occurs at night-time, measurement is overnight, from midday to midday.

These changes can be used to improve sleep:
  1. Have a regular bed time.

  2. Exercise daily.

  3. Avoid daytime naps.

  4. Avoid alcohol.

  5. Keep the bedroom dark and cool at night.

  6. Wind down near bedtime.
